Arndt & Herman Series 3000 vinyl railing is an attractive, long- lasting and easy-to-use system that is packaged in convenient kits. It is extruded from 100% U.V. stabilized, high impact rigid PVC and meets the structural requirements of the International Building Code (IBC). Each kit contains the appropriate length of top and bottom rails, and all of the necessary balusters, mounting brackets, bottom rail supports, quick snap screw covers, hardware and
installation instructions.
