One of our newest building solutions is FlameDXX OSB; the world's first fire retardant OSB. Available only on the east coast for the past three years, FlameDXX will be available on the west coast USA (and Canada) beginning September 1, 2010. It has all the advantages of OSB and is less expensive and stronger than fire-retardant plywood.

Class A fire rating—ASTM E84	Orange tint for easy identification on the yard or the building site
Flame spread index—10	Used in homes, schools, hospitals, condos and multi-use structures
Smoke developed index (SDI)—50	Recommended for roof sheathing, wall sheathing, subfloors and single layer floors
